How should I wash this sweater? - shrinking sweater acrylic 100%

The sweater is 73% acrylic, 24% polyamide, 3% spandex. Care instructions says: "Hand wash cold separately, do not bend, do not use bleach, iron block and the renovation of the floor, fresh and dry if necessary."

I do all my laundry in cold water in the washing machine and dryer at low temperature. Can I wash the jersey with the rest of my clothes, and as usual?
