If you eat ice cream and frozen yogurt is not lactose intolerant. You are obviously as a reaction to something in the milk, but usually if you are lactose intolerant, you are intolerant to all forms of lactose - including the chocolate pudding (you can eat dark chocolate). The symptoms of lactose intolerance is not usually include vomiting, but not the volume of gas and loose stools at the border or even increasing diarrhea. Try soy milk to go. Regular soy milk is a little soft, but soy flavor (vanilla is delicious), and soy chocolate. Even the soy ice cream, but not the cold does not worry if you feared.
